MaryAlice Isleib is a speaker, catalyst, humanitarian, and leader-extraordinaire.

MaryAlice’s seasoned maturity and reputation for results in her 32 years of experience make her a credible leader. She is the executive director of Florida based, COI (Christian Outreach International - a global mission organization, specializing in short-term mission and humanitarian projects), a certified Crisis/Trauma Response Counselor, Personal Development/ Leadership Coach, and the author of best-selling books: Effective Fervent Prayer and Healing Toxic Emotions.
With a devotion to world missions, as Director of COI, she has mobilized thousands of believers and churches into action-- through local and worldwide outreach. In the last ten years, MaryAlice and her COI team have provided over 5,000 people with a life-giving, effective, short term mission/humanitarianism experience, bringing hope and healing to the nations. COI also trains new field missionaries, supports our respected COI full-time missionaries and staff, and sustains on-going, year-round mission and humanitarian work.

Timeline
. 1979-1983: First mission trip to Central America playing basketball as a missionary athlete with Sports Ambassadors. Receives and recognizes God's calling to full-time ministry. Attends Oral Roberts University (2 years), graduates Rhema Bible Training Center two year program
. 1983: Receives Ordination into full-time ministry(AFCM), starts worldwide traveling, teaching ministry: MaryAlice Isleib Ministries (22 years old)
. 1984: As a result of MaryAlice's mission trip, her parents, Jack and Rosa Isleib start Christian Sports Outreach International. Mary Alice is a Board Member of COI.
. 1988-1992: Lives in Uppsala, Sweden to work with Word of Life Church, teach in Bible School (one of Europe's largest at the time), lead Prayer School and travel, teach, and help plant churches with Russia Inland Mission
. 1991: First book, Effective Fervent Prayer published
. 1992-2000: Moves back to Minneapolis, MaryAlice starts and pastors Twin Cities Harvest Church and Bible School, continues to travel and speak in US and abroad. Ordination moved and held to date in good standing with Faith Center Ministries Int'l.
. 2000: Second book published, Healing Toxic Emotions
. 2001-2004: Rockford, IL is home base, Prayer director at Faith Center Church. Traveling and speaking in US and abroad.
. 2005 to current: Jack Isleib, father and co-founder of Christian Outreach International passes, MaryAlice accepts Board's invitation to inherit and be Executive Director of COI, Vero Beach, FL. COI currently mobilizes 250-300 participants per year to short term missions (at about 8 different ministry sites), 5000 plus in her 11 years. COI has full-time, part-time and volunteer missionaries and staff around the world, and on-going humanitairian projects. MaryAlice continues to accept speaking/ministry engagements worldwide. 57 nations to date.
. 2005: COI begins Disaster Response Outreaches- 1500 plus volunteers mobilized to Katrina and other natural disasters
. 2008: MaryAlice certified as Trauma/Crisis Relief Counselor- AACC
. 2015 : COI adds and hosts Social Justice Outreach: Human Trafficking Awareness Weekend
. 2016: MaryAlice to enroll in online Masters/Doctorate program to earn doctorate in Christian Leadership
